24 Hours is for production time of your promotional pens. Transit time is always additional and weekends & holidays are excluded. Order including entire ad copy for promotional pens and payment must be submitted by 12 Noon, Pacific Standard time for your order to ship the next day. Weekends & Holidays are excluded. If printing a logo. All logo’s must be in vector art format. Illustrator, EPS or PDF will work, if they were originally created as that file. Changing a file name from JPEG to be a PDF doesn’t work. JPEGS don’t work. No proofs or art adjustments can be made on 24 hour orders. All the pens you see in this category ship from Southern California. Shipping method chosen, City, State & Zip code where your customized pens will be delivered and quantity of pens your buying will all determine shipping cost. Web site will show you charges for UPS ground as well as expedited service available, simply choose the shipping service you need so your promotional pens arrive in time for your event date.
