NEW ORDERS
Unless prior arrangements have been made, all orders must be prepaid before production will begin. If you need your merchandise by a certain date, please put that in the special instructions when you place your order or call in to discuss it with a customer service representative.

Information on 24 hour Orders

24 Hour production is for producing 24 hour product; this does not include transit time.  Appropriate shipping method must be selected and paid for to meet your in hands date. Transit time is additional.

Complete order and production-ready artwork must be received by daily cut off time, stated on product page. Artwork must be production-ready. The file must be received at the same time as the order in Vector art format. We can work with  Adobe Illustrator format. EPS or PDF but must be vector files. All fonts outlined. If order and vector art are submitted before cut off time, product will be ready for carrier pick-up the next working day

No proofs available on 24 hour orders. 24 Hour service available Monday through Friday, only. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

  • Bizpen cannot guarantee 24-Hour Service in the event of severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God or any other event outside of Bizpen’ s reasonable control.

In the event that the item you ordered is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative item of equal or greater value

 

CUSTOMIZATION
There are many items throughout the site that have no set-up charges for single-color, straight-type ad copy. Logos may cost $20.00 $35.00 as a one-time charge. While other items may have a $45.00- $125.00 set-up. This varies by product. The items that have set-up charges will have the set-up posted on the ordering page. We can process your imprint most easily if you send in Vector art.  We can reproduce from Adobe Illustrator file in black and white, is best for a one color imprint. Tiff , PDF or High Resolution EPS  all work as well. If you don’t have any of the above, send us what you have. Often times we can fix it up at no extra charge. If you need to have it re-made, it will be at a very reasonable charge & quoted before anything is done. If you need a specific font, please request it, we have most standard fonts & more. If it’s an unusual font we don’t have, have a graphics person outline the font & send that in for us to use.  Send all art to info@bizpen.com and reference you name & invoice # in subject line. ARTWORK
For fastest service and best imprint quality we recommend production-ready and digitally produced art. Artwork should high black and white contrast, clean edges, no grays or half tones and should not need any further touch up, design, color separation or rearranging for use. A typestyle can be specified, but if we do not have it, we will need you to send it in as outlined art or you can send it to us and it will be match as closely as possible.
Electronic artwork can be sent in Adobe Illustrator- preferred format.
High resolution EPS, Adobe PhotoShop (.psd), or tiff format, or a PDF

For multiple-color printing, please send digital Vector art with colors separated.

MULTIPLE-COLOR IMPRINTS
Extra production time will be required depending on the number of additional colors requested and quantity being ordered. We have different charges for multi-color imprints on each type of product. This is posted on each item. Items requiring multicolor imprints may not be charged on the site for 2nd imprint color. You can call in your order or a representative will contact you to go over additional charges for additional colors or locations.

PRODUCTION TIME
Production time begins after approved art if there is a proof ordered. Orders without proofs do not go into production until we receive all necessary information including artwork and payment.

If a proof is ordered, it  takes 24-48 hours to receive it and production time for that item begins after art approval. More specifically, once you have signed off and given approval on the proof.
We will then ship your order within the time stated on that product, weekends and holidays are excluded. Extra time is required for special considerations such as additional imprint colors or orders over 5000 pieces. Rush service may be available in some cases.

EXACT QUANTITY & LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS
Some promotional products have a 5-7 % under or over policy. This means you can get 5- 7% more or less than the quantity you are ordering. Often times your order is slightly over & we do not bill you . We reserve the right to bill you for up to 7 % if we ship out over’s. If your order is under, customer service will contact you to inform you that a credit is being issued to the same card that was used to charge the order. You can request an exact quantity on many products & but there may be an exact quantity charge which varies from 45.00-75.00 depending on the item. 
For less than minimum needed of a product. We can often do up or 50 % of the minimum you see posted on the web site for an item but this is not for all items and it often has a below minimum charge that ranges from $45.00-$75.00 depending on the item. Also you must request this when you place the order.
These orders must be called in.
Please call in to see if the product you want is available in the quantity you want. We’ll let you know if we can do it and what the charge will be. This information is not posted on the ordering page.

PAYMENT
We accept payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, debit cards, wire transfers, money orders, cashier's checks, business checks, or personal checks. Open accounts are available in some circumstances for those who have been approved. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have -- please can call us at our toll free number: (888) 411-6999.
For all orders made from California, our site will automatically add 9.75 % sales tax in addition to shipping charges.

PMS COLOR MATCHING
PMS color matching is available on certain items and usually costs around $35.00 per color. Please specify the PMS number and indicate whether it is C (coated stock) or U (uncoated stock.) We do not guarantee exact matches on colored surfaces.

PROOFS
Virtual proofs are provided at no charge on most items. This adds 24-48 hours to production time. Although in rush situations we can often accommodate your needs. On some items proofs are only done upon request. On some items there is a charge for a virtual proof. It is always posted on ordering page either way. Once a proof is sent out, your order is on hold until we receive your approval back. Production time will begin after we receive approval of the proof.

 

CANCELLATIONS
There is a $25.00 cancellation fee if we have begun processing your order. In addition to any charges incurred if production has already begun.

CORRECTIONS AND CHANGES
There is no charge for any corrections or changes made before printing dye or screen has been made. We charge $30.00 for corrections received after this point, provided your pens have not yet been printed. No changes can be made after you have approved a proof. First proof is always free & if there are any changes needed due to our error, 2nd is also at no charge. If a 2nd is required due to you changing your mind on ad copy we do have a charge of 10.00 per additional proof.

RETURN POLICY
We will completely replace 100 % of your merchandise or give you a 100 % refund if anything is defective or done incorrectly in any way. We guarantee the quality of our merchandise 100% and we only ask that you inspect your merchandise you’ve received within 2 weeks of receipt and notify us right away if there is any problem. If you have an upcoming event, open the box Right Away, so that if something is wrong, we have some time to make it right.

 

AUTHORIZED RETURNS

If there is any kind of problem with your order you have received, please call in right away and customer service will help you & give you a return authorization number if that’s what is needed... If there is anything wrong with the merchandise, defective in any way, incorrect spelling or anything at all,  you must call in within 2 weeks of merchandise delivery. Merchandise found to be defective or incorrect in any way due to our error will be replaced free of charge, if returned to us within 30 days from the receipt of the merchandise. No credit will be issued on merchandise which is unavailable for return.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY
There will be a $45.00 service charge for all returned checks. After that, future orders will not be accepted unless prepaid by charge or accompanied by a money order or cashier's check.

RE-ORDERS
Exact reorders: depending on item will have either no set-up or a reduced set-up if nothing in the ad copy is changed.

ILLUSTRATIONS
All logos used on this site are for illustrative purposes only and do not imply endorsement. Also, specific logos shown are not available to anyone without permission of the owner of the design.

PRICING
Catalog prices are subject to change without notice. There is always the possibility of error in price as something may accidentally not gt updated. We reserve the right to sell our products for the rate we have to quote at time of order being submitted. We therefore ask for your understanding of this and also reserve the right to refund any order placed on line if the price is incorrect if client is not wanting to pay correct selling price. SHIPPING
For rush orders please indicate on your order form the date that you need your pens. Transit time is always additional to production time and weekends and holidays are always excluded. You must call in (toll free at 1-888-411-6999) and speak to a customer service representative to confirm that we can complete your order in the allotted time frame if you are not ordering a 24 Hour production. -- Please keep in mind we can only guarantee the date we ship the order from our factory; Transit time is additional and we cannot guarantee a delivery date by carrier, or be responsible for conditions beyond our control. Transit time is dependent on the type of shipping service you choose.

In-between quantities are billed at the lower quantity price. For larger-quantity discounts, please call us at (888) 411-6999.

Notice to All Residents of  FL TN MD
If you live in FL., TN., or MD you must pay 7 % FL sales tax on any item that is purchased at Bizpen.com that is shipped out of FL. 
This is regulated By FL State and we have no control over it. We are unable to process this charge for online transactions automatically at this time.
It will be added to your order total & you will notified by a customer service representative of the additional charge amount.
